Create a Salesforce Contact when a new Intercom user is created

When a new user is created in our webapp, we send an event with information to Intercom. Can we use Intercom to create a new Contact in Salesforce?

Hi @Joe Akers !

This isn’t something that is built in to Intercom out of the box, but your dev team could make use of the contact.user.created Topic in our Webhooks to trigger a notification when a new Intercom User is created. That would then need to connect to the Salesforce API and tell it to create a new Salesforce Contact on that side of things.

There are also third party tools such as Zapier on the market that help you create this type of connection without the need for writing code!
