Hi @Lada Nikitina ! Ebenezer here from Engineering Support👋.

We don’t have one we specifically recommend but if you are looking to integrate a CRM with Intercom, we do have a pretty robust Salesforce Integration built by us!

Hope this helps!

HI @Lada Nikitina What tool did you end up connecting Intercom to? We’d like to know

@Monali Patil It’s Mat from the Support Engineering Team 😀

Can you tell us more about the features you need out of CRM?
Intercom has quite robust capabilities these days.

Maybe we already have already what you need.

We’ve tried a few CRMs with Intercom, and HubSpot and Salesforce seem to integrate pretty smoothly out-of-the-box. If you’re looking for more flexibility, something like Pipedrive or Zoho can also work nicely

I usually pick the one that keeps contacts in sync in real time, links conversations to customer profiles, and has simple setup steps. Smooth syncing saves loads of back-and-forth work.

If you're already using Intercom heavily, HubSpot is usually the easiest and most user-friendly integration. Salesforce is great for larger teams with more complex needs, while Zoho offers good value for smaller businesses (Visit Here). I haven't used AmoCRM much, but HubSpot and Salesforce tend to have the strongest Intercom integrations in my experience.
