Hello!
Is there anyway to answer get facebook/insta comments in an inbox? I already did messages, but so far, I cannot find a clear solution for comments.

Hi
Currently our Facebook and Instagram integrations only work with Direct Messages, not comments on your team’s social media Posts. I’ll flag this with our product team as a Feature Request, though!
