Currently our Facebook and Instagram integrations only work with Direct Messages, not comments on your team’s social media Posts. I’ll flag this with our product team as a Feature Request, though!

Currently, Facebook and Instagram do not have a direct feature that automatically sends comments to your inbox. However, you can set up notifications for comments on your posts, which will alert you whenever someone comments.
