Is there anyway to answer get facebook/insta comments in an inbox? I already did messages, but so far, I cannot find a clear solution for comments.

Zapier or Make.com might be a good choice here but it depends more on Facebook side of things.
Unfortunately this would be a custom integration and you will have to explore this path yourself.

Currently our Facebook and Instagram integrations only work with Direct Messages, not comments on your team’s social media Posts. I’ll flag this with our product team as a Feature Request, though!

There isn't any change with this feature. Facebook and Instagram are only works with DMs at the moment.

If there is any other tool that we can use to connect social media with Intercom and then reply from Intercom? I am not sure if Make.com or Zapier works.
