How do you keep Intercom and Pipedrive in sync without manual work?


I’m looking for a way to make sure the data in Intercom and Pipedrive stays up to date automatically. Right now, our sales team uses Pipedrive, while customer support handles conversations in Intercom. The problem is that lead details don’t always get updated, and sales reps miss important context from past conversations.

I’d love to hear how others are handling this. Do you rely on manual updates, or have you found a way to sync data between the two without extra effort?

We had the same issue, and syncing manually wasn’t sustainable. We ended up using a third-party tool like Zapier to automatically sync key info between Intercom and Pipedrive (Read More). It keeps both platforms up to date and ensures our sales team doesn’t miss any important context. Definitely worth looking into!
