My webhook is timing out when I try to save changes to it

I am not able to save the webhook. The webhook is already created, I am trying to edit and save but the save is getting a timeout.

Hey @engineering s11​, we're currently experiencing issues with webhook deliveries to ngrok hosts failing. Would this explain your issue?
