Our customers are not being synced into Intercom from Hubspot

We use Hubspot as our CRM and we have integrated it with Intercom in order to sync our customer data. In Hubspot it appears that the sync is on, but our customers are not being synced into Intercom as users. Any tips for getting this set up? Thanks!

Hey @Sylvia Racheal from the support engineer team here&#128075;The native Intercom Hubspot integration only syncs data from Intercom to Hubspot, more on that here! It sounds like you may be looking at the Data Sync by Hubspot app. The Data Sync by HubSpot integration wasn't actually built by us, it was built by HubSpot themselves. Because of this, we wouldn't have any insight into that sync not coming through. The best route here would be to reach out to Hubspot support about this question!
