We use Hubspot as our CRM and we have integrated it with Intercom in order to sync our customer data. In Hubspot it appears that the sync is on, but our customers are not being synced into Intercom as users. Any tips for getting this set up? Thanks!

Adding a 2026 perspective to this thread. You're right that the native integration is pretty limited. It's mostly one-way (Intercom > HubSpot). The HubSpot Data Sync app can technically go both ways, but it's notoriously finicky and their support isn't great for edge cases
A few things to check:
- Make sure your HubSpot contacts have email addresses (required for the sync to match)
- Check if there's a filter set up that's excluding certain contacts
- Look at the sync history in HubSpot's Data Sync settings for specific errors
