I'd like to secure my help center, but the documentation is only for Cloudflare, and AWS. I know we could figure it out using a custom certificate. However, this is complex and time consuming.
It'd be great if Intercom just installed the certificate for you. This is how most other help centers work.

That's a great shout and a really good feature request, you can add it over @Product Wishlist as I agree, it's complex and time consuming adding a custom certificate.
