Help Center via Cloudflare, Error 1014

Hi.  I’ve created a CNAME per these instructions:
https://developers.intercom.com/docs/guides/help-center/custom-domains/

 

But am currently getting an error 1014 via Cloudflare.  Are these instructions obsolete, any solves?

Hi @Alex L16! I see you reached out to the team via the Messenger, and it looks like this issue is now resolved with your Help Center custom domain 🥳 

When you’re setting up your Help Center custom domain, you’ll need to ensure that you use the correct CNAME according to your workspace’s data hosting region, you'll find more on this in this article from our Help Center 📌

Another important thing to note with CNAME & DNS changes is that they may take up to 48 hours to propagate.
