There are two apps from our App Store which you can use to show a particular article, or a group of articles, in the Messenger home page.

You can use our Article Inserter app if you want to highlight a particular article in the Messenger home page.

Additionally, you can include our Article Search app to allow your customers to search your Help Center directly from the Messenger.
