Hey guys one of our clients has requested a DPA from Intercom and I've asked like 5x but no answer other than being directed to a Help article which does not include a DPA - does anyone have one? This is urgent for our business and we are getting no help!

Hi @user353​ , Have you tried to reach Intercom legal department via "legal@intercom.com"?

 

In such cases you should contact to legal department or Data Protection Officer.

 

 

 


Hey @user353​, I can see that you have a conversation open with our Support team about this already. They're best placed to help you with this! Once they're in a position to reply, a Support teammate will be able to share a DPA with you to sign.
