I am running emailcampaigns in mailchimp which include links directly to our articles. The mailchimp campaign report says that one article got 69 clicks, but when i check the report in intercom that article shows only "10" users watching.

Why is there a difference between both reports and how do I ensure all of the clicks show up on the HC article tally/report?

Hey there @melanie k, I'm not familiar with Mailchimp's reporting, but does the number of click reflect unique clicks, or total clicks?
