Even after archiving all our inactive users from Intercom Contacts, I still see those users counted under the billing. Can someone shed light on this, please? Thanks!

Hey @suresh​ 👋 archiving users will only reduce your bill on some of our older legacy pricing plans. You appear to be on just such a plan!

 

When you archive contacts, the billing page will be updated with the new count within 24 hours. Looking on our backend, I can see that the reduction in contacts is reflected for your workspace.
