Can I add multiple email addresses to one contact & manually merge duplicates?

Hello, same issue here, I would like to merge the same client that has 3 different email addresses together, thank you! :)


Same issue here. We have users that regularly use multiple email addresses


Same issue here. I need to connect multiple adresses to one customer, but ofc only reply to the one the are writing from.

As a support platform, it’s disappointing that the ability to set alternate email addresses for contacts doesn’t exist. Front, Zendesk, and Help Scout offer this. I know you’d need to set a primary email address for outbound and such, but having alternate addresses is vital to our ability to manage customer conversations in a cohesive way. Please add this, Intercom! 🙏
