You forgot visitor 🙂

Teammate = Admin = A member of your Intercom workspace

Contact = superset of Lead or User/Customer

A visitor is someone who visits your websites but doesn't interact with Intercom.

A lead is a visitor who interacted with Intercom.

A user is a lead that Signed up (logged in or registered for your service, they were identified via user_id parameter)
