Hey @dmitry k Racheal from the support engineer team here👋
Filtering your contacts by enabled_push_messaging is false will show you everyone who denied mobile push sending. This will not include users who haven't been asked yet. To find users who haven't been asked yet you would need to search by enabled_push_messaging is unknown:
