I submitted an export request for companies a few days ago and haven't received a notification in my email. I did another today to see if it was a fluke.

An export ETA is dependent on how much information is being exported, we never have an exact timeframe. It doesn't usually take a few days for the email to arrive.

 

If you don't receive the export soon, I'd suggest reaching out to one of our support agents in the messenger to check this for you. There could be something going on with the sending of the email.


Thanks for the update. Yes, I've requested the information twice and was never provided anything. Any ideas, I've even tried to reach out to your support team, and no one has answered my chat.,
