I need to undo the changes made by an specific people import, how can I?

Someone made an import that created wrong and fake users (User ID wrong for the user email) so I need to undo it but can't find a way to.

@user852 ! I get you. Then definitely creating a segment and then using the API to delete all users in the segment as suggested by the Support team is the best option.

Hey @user852! Did you make an import using a CSV file? If yes, then while making an import a tag would have been added to the lead profile automatically, you can list the lead using the tag and then archive https://d.pr/0KbNyM/p>

Hi, so that didn't work for me because not every user on the import was wrong and also I didn't want to soft-delete them (archive), I wanted to delete them completely because they were duplicated and their info was wrong.

What I was adviced to do by your support team, was to create a segment including all the wrong users (I had to check one by one which ones were wrong) and then delete all the users on that segment using the API.
