Is there a way to collate all new leads in a day?

In my company, sometimes there are a lot of new leads to response and, at the end of the day, there may be a few pending answers. So, what I'm looking for is a way to sum up all leads without teams response, preferably by email, to read it next day.

@user639 , You can schedule a team open conversation report and get this via e-mail.

Go to Reports -> Customer Support -> Conversations -> Schedule:

schedulereportSet-up schedule reports:

schedulereport1

I hope this will be helpful

Hello @user639 ,

How about creating a Team and set-up balanced assignment rules?

- Create a team like Sales;

- Assign new conversation to that team based on automation rules;

- Turn-on balance assignment for that team;

In this way, new conversations will be assigned to a specific team member, based on balance assignment and non-unswered conversations will stay in the team inbox.

Is this what you are looking for?

Hi @roy s11

So, this helps mostly, thanks! But I'm still with the doubt about if I can notify my team by email about the number of non-answered conversations, despite they appear on the team inbox.

Is this possible?
