After we built a Firebase Cloud Function that updates our Intercom records with some relevant metadata and connecting those bits using a shared userId I found that we had several long term users which never registered with Intercom even if that's the first thing we do on app boot.

 

Is there a known issue where this might happen?

Hey @rolf​, I'd suggest contacting our Support team directly through the Messenger on this one. They'll be able to check logs for you to see if there's been any issue with your config!
