Hello, Intercom community! Is there a way to monitor the deletion/archiving of users by the teammates?
Also, can we somehow limit rights to archive/delete users for some users (i did not find such a setting in the permissions settings)

Have you had a look through the teammate activity logs, I think the entry for permanently deleted a user_role from your user_role list should cover it?
I am not 100% on permissions but I have assumed that our chat agents that only have base permissions of an inbox seat and can reassign conversations so they would not be able to delete users (as they do not have workspace data permissions).
See https://www.intercom.com/help/en/articles/176-permissions-how-to-restrict-access-for-some-teammates"alt="http://https://www.intercom.com/help/en/articles/176-permissions-how-to-restrict-access-for-some-teammates"target="_blank">here for the breakdown, assuming you have not seen this article - hope it helps.
Thank you for your reply. But I'm afraid that with these settings' agent can still archive users and it will not be even shown in the "Teammate activity logs".
Hopefully, someone from the Intercom team will join us as well in this thread
Hey @denis t, archiving/deleting users isn't something that's covered by a specific permission yet. The necessity for this feature is self-explanatory (to me, at least!) and I've flagged this feedback directly with our product team.
@eric f11 Thank you so much. I was surprised as well that I lived without this feature for almost 2 years and even more - without a way to track in the Teammates Logs about the archiving/deleting actions.
I feel that this can be a liability for some team managers and hope to see release of the feature soon😅
