Is there any way to force users and companies to be included in segments and lists before they have logged in? We want to mail people who sign up for our trials but never login.

Users created via your API are available to be saved to segments, and should always appear in the contact list within minutes of creation. If the behaviour that you experience is not as described, can you please contact us via the Messenger, with the Intercom ID of the contact that was created (this will be available in the response that's returned after creation)? If this isn't the case, could you give some more detail about what the issue you're experiencing is? Thanks!
