I’ve tried selecting the option to reset my password but the email isn’t coming through. How do I resolve this?

Make sure that the email you’ve input in the “forgot password” link is the same email address which you use to log in to Intercom. We can’t send a password reset link to an email address that’s not the same as the one you use to log in normally.
