Hi there! Could you please advise, if there is an AI tool or app that automatically scans Intercom conversations and collect the customer’s feedback, wishes, suggestions?

We have an app that can generate insights from recent conversations. It is still in beta mode tough. If you are interested, please message me.

Just to give an answer from Intercom, We currently don’t have tool like this but I can submit this as a feature request to the R&D team for you.🙏
