When a team member is set to away & reassigning, and a user responds to a message, the message does not follow the round robin rule, but rather remains in an unassigned state. How would one automatically allow the message to follow the round robin rules?

Unfortunately, Round Robin only assigns new conversations. It does not assign conversations in the inbox that have been reassigned.

 

As such, Balanced Assignment may be a good fit for the team inbox conversations are being reassigned to. Otherwise, the conversations would have to be manually claimed.
