Can I view certain kinds of conversations, grouped together, in real time in the Inbox?

In your Inbox view, you'll see the option to Create view below your listed inboxes:
From here, you can create views based on conversation attributes, such as the teammate or team which a conversation is assigned, conversation tag or the time the conversation was started.

For support managers, this is particularly handy to get an overview of all of the conversations on which your team are working!
