I can see the timestamps of when messages are sent, but users cannot. This would be useful to demonstrate first response times to users, and have a way to record the timings of the messages.

 I agree that it would be useful, for now you can consider some alternatives: 
1. Set up office hours and response times in Messenger. This can give users a general idea of ​​when to expect responses, even if it doesn't show specific timestamps.
2. Use the customer engagement overview to monitor the performance of your messages over time. While this doesn't show timestamps to users, it can help you better understand message sending patterns.
Another suggestion is to contact Intercom support to request this feature


Intercom doesn’t show timestamps to users by default, but you can manually add time info in messages or use workflows to include it. Another option is using custom attributes to log response times.
