Currently, there isn't a native option to exclude specific email addresses or domains from receiving email auto-replies in Intercom.
However, you could achieve this by creating an automatic reply with a Custom Bot Workflow and adding specific email addresses/domains to be excluded with Audience rules. Check out these articles from our Help Center for more on Workflows and triggers/audience rules
