A colleague calls me and says “Please open ticket 2138”

how do I quickly go to ticket 2138?

Please enable a keyboard shortcut / search to go to tickets quickly

@Ben Hizak You should be able to just type in the ticket number in the search to find it quickly and if you want to get directly to the ticket but you can also use the url with the ticket number at the end.  For ticket 2138  ie https://app.intercom.com/a/inbox/xxxxx/inbox/shared/all/conversation/2138

I would recommend they just send you the URL to the ticket to make it easier, have a look at this ticket with the link

Do you generally pass this information in Slack or some other tool or messenger?  They can also @mention you in the notes on the Ticket to invite you to look into it which would be easier.

Thank you for the URL tip. That’s Sometimes the request comes from a customer or external support agency.


I see that Intercom is big on keyboard shortcuts (Thank you!). Do you think it unreasonable to ask for a keyboard shortcut  that takes me to the right ticket?
