how do I quickly go to ticket 2138?

I would recommend they just send you the URL to the ticket to make it easier, have a look at this ticket with the link
Do you generally pass this information in Slack or some other tool or messenger? They can also @mention you in the notes on the Ticket to invite you to look into it which would be easier.

Thank you for the URL tip. That’s Sometimes the request comes from a customer or external support agency.
I see that Intercom is big on keyboard shortcuts (Thank you!). Do you think it unreasonable to ask for a keyboard shortcut that takes me to the right ticket?
