Im looking for a way to get the inbox view when i click a lead/user.

We offer phonesupport and when a customer is calling in i would love to have the same view in order to use for example quicklinks and see the lead/user in the same way as i do when they are chatting or emailing with us.

How is this possible?

The second view is tied to a specific conversation, not a user/lead. You wouldn't be able to open this view unless you were opening a particular conversation.

Can I ask for a bit more information about your use case? What information is missing from the user view that you need from the conversation view?

Hey @david p13, I want to make sure I understand your question correctly. Are you hoping to set things up in such a way that, when your team gets a phone call, they can click on a link to bring up that customer's user profile in Intercom?

Second look is the inbox one, this IS the one im looking to get, when a customer calls us.

So i want to be able to open a User/lead in this view.
