@user356 , It's not possible to change the font size of branding. For me, it looks normal.

You can turn-off Intercom branding in certain plans.

  1. Visual Consistency: Achieving visual consistency in email signatures is crucial for maintaining a professional appearance.

  2. Font Harmony: Consider adjusting the font size of "Powered by Intercom" to match the body text and the author name for a cohesive and balanced look.

  3. CSS Styling: If possible, utilize Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to control the styling of individual elements within the email signature.

  4. HTML Editing: Explore the option of directly editing the HTML code of the email signature to customize font sizes according to your preferences.

  5. Brand Representation: While maintaining discretion, ensure that the "Powered by Intercom" branding is still visibly present bill, conveying transparency about the communication platform in use.

  6. Testing: Before finalizing changes, thoroughly test the email signature across various email clients to ensure consistent rendering and readability.

  7. Feedback from Stakeholders: Seek feedback from relevant stakeholders to ensure that any modifications align with brand guidelines and overall communication strategy.

  8. Responsive Design: Ensure that the adjusted font sizes maintain readability across different devices and screen sizes.

  9. Hierarchy Considerations: Reevaluate the hierarchy of information in the email signature, ensuring that all elements contribute to a harmonious and professional layout.

  10. Consideration of IESCO Branding: If applicable, align adjustments with the visual identity of IESCO to maintain a cohesive representation across all communications.

  11. Brand Guidelines Adherence: Confirm that any modifications adhere to both Intercom and IESCO brand guidelines, ensuring brand integrity.

  12. Usability: While making adjustments for discretion, prioritize the usability of the email signature, ensuring that recipients can easily read and comprehend the information provided, including any references to IESCO.
