Providing a Subject heading on each Message after the Conversation is closed.
That way, users can see the subject and refer back to their conversations by topic.

You can set conversation titles for each of your conversations which would allow you to more quickly receive context on what each topic is about when scrolling through the conversation list. Note, the titles are teammate facing only, meaning that customers won't see the titles you have set for conversations.

You can add a title to the conversation in the Attributes app on the right hand side of the Help Desk:

I am not an Intercom subscriber, but only a user of services provided by a tech company.

So as a “customer” I am asking for a “customer facing” SUBJECT that as a customer I can modify. I have had literally dozens of conversations just in the past few months, and over the last 8 years, a tremendous amount. Many are repetitive. The tech company, ET, said it would be very useful for all their customers and they asked me to put in a feature suggestion.

I believe it would benefit the Intercom teammates also since the customer volume might see a reduction.
