Can I duplicate a Series?

So in this case we would recommend duplicating the whole flow with conditions.

One thing to note here is once you've duplicated the Series, you can then group customers together per Series to make sure they're not receiving duplicates of the messages within it if you don't want them to. To do this you can add a Tag Block to the end of the Series that will tag these customers once they reach the end of the path flow.

When within the new duplicate Series, you can choose tag is not so you can differentiate between the different versions and this way the customers with this tag added, will not be added into the new Series 🙌
