Just joining Intercom, I seem to be the only one having this issue. This happens BOTH in Chrome and incognito. Running Windows 11. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You are probably seeing “restricted” message for those conversations that are not assigned to you or your team or to a specific team that handles sensitive conversations. Check this article at highlighted area and talk to your teammate who gave you access to Intercom if some of this is ON for you but not for others.
