It’s great to be recognized in this way within the community from what started as a way to engage and learn has been a real opportunity to help others and make an even bigger difference within the community through the Expert Program.

- How has your experience as an Expert User in the Intercom Community helped you?
Being an Expert User in the Intercom Community has been such a rewarding experience. In addition to the other perks, it’s given me the chance to help others, which I love, and it’s also opened my eyes to so many creative ways people want to use Intercom. The platform is incredibly robust and versatile, and seeing how others leverage it keeps me excited about what’s new and possible, while inspiring me to come up with my own unique ways to leverage it as well.
And Intercom doesn’t stop improving either! They are always iterating and changing things in positive ways, which keeps things interesting and engaging.
Through my contributions here, I’ve had the opportunity to connect with amazing people and even help others beyond the community. The Expert Program just keeps getting better too, and I’m genuinely excited to dive deeper, learn more, and continue supporting even more people along the way.
Since the community first launched, it’s been amazing to see it grow and I know this is still just the beginning, Diana and the team are always working on new ways to bring more value to the community, experts and team.
