Hi everyone, how are you? I'm Melanie from Argentina.

Really happy to be joining the program. Hope I'm not too late. 😅

I've led CX teams within SaaS startup companies for the past 8 years, and I've also worked in other areas such as UX and Product. I currently run my own studio where I focus on help center content as well as onboarding sequences to help improve activation and retention. 

The things I love the most about working in CX are proving customer experience’s power in moving the needle on operational efficiency and user retention. 

I worked with many tools and keep coming back to Intercom because I think it's the best at achieving results and user experience overall, and at making lives better for both end users and agents alike. 

Fun facts: I love cooking. I speak seven languages, and I do stand-up comedy when I'm not working✨

I also love dogs and find everyone who doesn't like them suspicious.
