To be featured in the Hire an Expert Spotlight, reach the “Expert” level of the Intercom Expert Program and/or complete the Fin & AI Expert Program level in the Intercom Community.

How to achieve Expert level in the Community? 
Â
Participation is key! Engage by sharing insights, helping others, and contributing valuable ideas. The more valuable your contributions, the quicker you'll reach your goal.
- Expert Rank Requirements: 3000 points, 50 answers, 100 replies.
 - Reach 50 Answers: Use the "unanswered questions" section.
 - Earn Points and Replies: Engage in all community areas to reach 100 replies. Explore recently active topics, group conversations , best practices and tips , product wishlist
 - Check Benefits: View the full benefits list for the Expert rank.

How to complete the Fin & AI Expert Program in the Community? 
Â
To complete the Fin & AI Expert Program, you need to:
- Achieve "Fin Expert” level: requires 20 replies, 10 answers and 1 Expert Tip in the Fin Community
 - Complete Training: Pass the Academy Fin training
 - Speak at Events: Present at least once at community Fin events

How to check progress? 
- To check your answers and replies, visit your profile. More details here .
 - Check out the leaderboard activity to see the points you earned.
 - Once you reach the Expert level, you will receive a congratulations message, and the new rank will appear next to your name in the community.
 - Once you reach the Fin Expert level, you’ll receive the automated badge, which you can find by visiting your community profile.
