Requirements to be Featured

To be included on the Hire an Expert page, you must:
 

✓ Reach the Top Expert level in the Community.

✓ Pass the Certified Intercom Product Expert exam in the Intercom Academy.

 

How to Reach the Top Expert Level
 

The Top Expert is the highest rank in the Intercom Community, recognizing the most active and helpful users. To achieve this rank, you need to:

  • Answer questions in the forum.
  • Post tips and tricks.
  • Participate in group conversations.
  • Stay active in the community.


Criteria for Reaching Top Expert Level:

  • Total points earned from community activities.
  • Number of replies in the community.
  • Number of answered questions marked as the best answer by the Intercom Team.

How to Pass the Certified Intercom Product Expert Exam
 

Once you achieve the Top Expert level, you will receive an email with a link to take the exam in the Intercom Academy. Only Top Community Experts are eligible to take this exam and earn certification.

Upon successfully passing the exam, you will be invited to be featured as a Top Expert on the “Hire an Expert” page.
