We have had very mixed results mainly with customers managing to start a conversation from within China (not via VPN) over 5G or Wifi but I got not conversation or notification my end (NZ) We also have loakise installed and got chat tranlsated so I assuem other customers may have customers in China too

Does anyone have any success in chatting to customers in China? Is there anything in particular you needed to configure or set up to deal with getting through the "Great wall" - any advice welcome
