I am looking for information on how to initiate a timer if a customer is looking for something on our platform and can't find it. I.E. We release a new feature and the customer can't locate that. We created a help article, but they haven't clicked on Intercomm to find that yet. Ideally intercomm would understand they are looking for something and prompt a "Do you need help?" message. Is that available?

While creating a Product tour for multiple pages, how can I add rules on the second page which I am able to put on the first page from where I start the tour.Scenario: In my tour I ask user to create a new project and this takes the user to new page. Now on the new page, we have the projectId as the url parameter. So when I create a tour and user clicks on the New Project tab, it is always redirected to the project which I created while making the product tour.Can you suggest how to achieve this ?

Has anyone integrated Trustpilot reviews with intercom i.e. we'd like the reviews to b fed straight in to the intercom inbox?

I'm looking to dynamically place images in outbound messages. Each user has a different image associated (as an intercom custom attribute), and I want to use this in outbound emails.

I am trying to set up a smart campaign based on the NPS scores (entered as events in Intercom). E.g. nps_score: 10  Currently I cannot see an "is" option for events, only a count or before and after dates.

Why is there a difference between both reports and how do I ensure all of the clicks show up on the HC article tally/report?

When just starting off with our Help Center customization, it started off reading "SIMTICS Help Center", but that text in the banner was entirey replaced when I uploaded our logo...so now I've got a blank logo with no words beside it. And then, the looks-to-be-standard "Advice and answers from the SIMTICS Team" doesn't look to be modifiable. Can I not change that? Also, I'd like to be able to add another social media button (Instagram). Can I do that, please?  

What I'm seeing in my Messenger setup for Users is not what my colleagues are seeing.  I've added an app to include a link to our Help Center and things looked and works fine for me in Firefox. But then, when I sent them the update, they said they can't see the added app in Messenger? It still worked fine for me in Firefox, so I then went to an entirely new browser (Chrome) to try to see what they're seeing...I, too, couldn't see the added app. My Messenger preview shows that they should be there, though - ?? I added it to both User and Visitor to no avail. Again, it worked fine for me - but only me. Side note: I don't think I actually added the right app in the way that Intercom intended, but it "worked" for me. To add a URL for our Help Center, I added an app....chose Content Showcase...Flexible List...customize...then just left most of it blank after adding a title and URL. Here's my view regardless o

Recently had to block a user for verbally accosting chat support. Now I'm in need of recovering those conversations for the sake of "receipts". I searched the user but the conversations have been deleted from her history. Is there a way to recover those conversations? They're only 24 hours old.

When I set up my product tour (for a logged in user), I associate each step to an element (& it looks great). Once I click on preview, the steps are no longer associated to any of the elements.

What is worse is we don't know how many more there may have been that we missed! I only learned this because the client sent a follow up email to my email address. Anyone experience this before? How can I troubleshoot and resolve the issue? Waiting on Intercom support but with 24 hour plus wait for a reply..I thought maybe someone here could help??? NOTE: I have tested the support email address and my emails are being delivered. I am at a loss! Help!
