I need to know how to stop the Messenger sending links to articles in the disabled help center. Do I have to go in and delete all of those articles? We have a new help center elsewhere and do NOT want those links going out.

Hiya.We push event data on our contacts. Like when they perform a “search” or a “download”, some of the events with additional properties like “keyword” or “download type”.Is there any way to export ALL events on all contacts, so we can do some data mining on them with our own tools?Export either as plain CSV’s, or maybe to tools like BigQuery?I’ve had a brief look at the API, but it looks like (I may be wrong) you can only query events for specific contacts. We need the events from everyone.Or are there maybe apps than can be used for this? SeekWell maybe?/Soeren S.

I’m setting up a survey to collect attributes like name and job title, but ran into a blocker where I noticed that company attributes can’t be mapped from surveys. Has anyone figured out a work around for this, or have a creative idea on how we can collect inputs from our users and log them as company attributes?

Hi, can you please advise if Custom Actions can be used without HTTP/S request? We already send all information to us via Lead Data and would like to just display the buttons from the Lead Data attribute to the user.For example, in this case, if the user has an array of userid attribute lead data, then it should display a button with this userid (In our case it is not an array, so the button will be one)How to output this data for the user without requesting a get to a third-party site?

We set up an SLA rule today, however, when testing by sending an email, the SLA hasn’t been updated/counted down. The example, our SLA is 1 working day. The ticket has been open for 2 hours, however, the SLA token still displays 1 day. How do we get the visual countdown?  

I have a 200 page user guide that includes many screenshots.  Is anyone aware of an effective way of automating the creation of articles from such a document?  The challenge I am facing is that adding a PDF as content results in a fairly poor level of ingestion to the point where I would not be suitable for a support bot.

This is what I need to set up:User #1 follows another user #2 (I have this event set up) User #2 posts something new ( I have an event set up in general when any user posts something) A notification goes to User #1 letting them know that a person they follow (user #2) has posted something new. Not sure how to make this work and connect these. If I need to set up events, tag/filter people. I’m so confused. Please help!

Can I setup Intercom for particular page? Hi,I'm facing an issue with the teammate avatars in the Intercom messenger.Scenario: We have multiple chatbots for different domains, each managed by different teams with their respective teammates. However, I've noticed that the teammate avatars displayed in the Intercom messenger for my domains are not matching the correct team members. It seems to be picking avatars randomly, and I'm unable to identify the logic behind it.As this creates confusion for our users, I would like to understand how the teammate avatars are being selected and displayed in the messenger. Is there a way to ensure that the correct avatars are shown based on the respective teams and chatbots?Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter is highly appreciated.

What happened to the inbox rule trigger for a teammate response?  I am trying to set up an automation based on a teammate providing any response and that condition seems to be gone now.  Is it somewhere else?  Anyone have a workaround?

I have 2 custom bots that are set to when a customer opens messenger on 2 different landing pages. I have tried to utilize the "when currently URL is" and "when current URL contains" with no luck on either page/bot. When I recreated the bot and used "when customer visits your site" the bot works. Our marketing and sales team do not want the translucent pop up that this creates. they only want this bot to work if the customer opens the messenger. Is there something I should be looking out for? Maybe a simple setting or set up piece that I'm overlooking? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe I’m missing something super obvious, but I can’t find anything on linking Intercom to Amazon and eBay? We use eDesk at the moment for customer service and we were hoping to switch to Intercom due to better widget functionality for our website. But we also sell on Amazon and eBay so need a solution that works across all platforms we use (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Google mail inbox).I thought Intercom was designed for customer service, and Amazon being the largest online marketplace I naively  assumed it would work natively. Started a free trial and can’t even find a mention of Amazon on the support pages. Sent Intercom a message yesterday and have yet to receive a human reply (the AI bot is useless).Appreciate any help.Thanks. 

Currently, the Intercom messenger sorts the messages by thread. After a period of inactivity, the conversation would auto-close, and any new interaction would start a new conversation or thread.Is it possible to keep the current conversation “open” forever, even when the user abandons a workflow or closes the messenger? (Similar to the experience on a whatsapp or FB messenger, conversations are threaded by Recipient)We want it to be easy for our Users (and Visitors) to refer back to their chat history, without having to search multiple chats.Thanks!

Hello,I need to be able to send a lot of notifications (around 40k) to my users as quickly as possible. Currently I tested to send around 25k~ push notifications but it took more than 5min to send all of them. How could we improve performance ? And have a shorter deliver time ? Thanks in advance 🙏🏽

Our users sign into our platform at an organizational level, not as individuals. For banners, this means we want someone to be able to dismiss the banner, but then have it reappear the next day or at the next login, to make sure everyone at the organization has a chance to see the important message. However, I only see weekly, monthly, or yearly options in the settings — is there a way to get this to happen daily or the next time the user is seen?
