Hello everyone, we would like to automatically export outbound conversation data, for example, knowing when it was sent and to whom it was sent.

When sending individually, we can retrieve this data, but when sending in bulk to multiple contacts, is it possible?

Hi João, yes, it is possible to export data from outgoing conversations, including when the messages were sent and to whom, even for bulk messages. Try this:

Go to Reports > Data Export in our app.
Choose a date range for the conversations you want to export.
Select the specific fields required, which may include shipping time and recipient information.
Click “Export CSV” for a one-time export or set up a scheduled export for regular updates.
For more detailed outbound message data, you can also use the Customer Engagement Overview report. This allows you to export all message data sent for a specific date range, including bulk messages, for large content it may take time.
