Can I prioritise certain in-app messages to show first?

Is there a way to prioritize posts so that if the user has not signed in for awhile the most recent post pop as the full message instead of being grouped as a snippet with the rest of the past posts they have not seen yet.

Hi Ken!

I’m afraid there’s not priority system.

Depending on the type of campaigns you’re sending, think about not sending the user loads of posts/chats when they return to your app - it may overwhelm them.

I’d use the “Last seen” property on all my Outbound campaigns to ensure a user is still actively engaging, as having lots of messages when you come back to the app can be overwhelming and reduce engagement with your content in those messages.

Hello @ken w ,

You can use Series to send orchestration messages.

I hope this will be helpful.
