I have a ticket set up for users to submit bugs. They click on an element, I launch the Messenger to have user create the ticket. However, I want to track the URL that the user was on when they submitted the bug/ticket. 

 

Is there a way to do this?

There isn’t a way to perform such an action out of the box and I’m not really seeing a path forward to do this with our Webhooks and REST API either 😕

I’m going to flag this as a Feature Request with our Product Team so they know there’s some interest being able to automatically set such attributes on Tickets!
