When I am scheduling an email from a one of my sales reps I get this message: Check [email address] and verify your address, then try sending your message again.  When my rep attempts to send an email, he also gets the same email.  He does not get any emails for “verifying”.  What does this mean?

It’s hard to say exactly what might be happening without digging into your specific situation with a member or our Support team, but it sounds like you may need to double check how you have your sender Email addresses set up in your workspace.
