Getting error to 100% of push messages that our series tries to send

Hi there! 

All messages failed with this error 

DeviceTokenNotForTopic

 

Is there any guide on what we should do to fix this error when series tries to send a push? 
Please advice how to fix.

Hey @Ruslan S 👋 Ayk here from the Support Engineering team at Intercom

 

This error normally occurs when the bundle_id that you uploaded when setting up your push notifications is incorrect. I'd have a look at that and verify you're using the correct bundle_id.

That would be setup in Settings>Installation>iOS in your Intercom Workspace. You'll want to make sure the bundle ID matches the bundle ID of the app that you want push notifications sent to.

 

Apart from that, I also highly recommend checking our docs here to make sure you have followed each step.
