Hey all, I'm a product manager at Four Winds Itneractive in Denver. We primarily use Intercom for onboarding and feature announcements. But, looking to expand that. Overall, looking for best practices on how to message effectively.
I have so many favorite gifs, but most aren't "public appropriate". So, we'll go with just Elmo behind a jet engine.

Ha! I'm not sure I agree that flame torching Elmo is publicly appropriate @matthew b11 😂 But I am sure you'll find lots of great messaging best practice tips here!
