I want to send an outbound message/email to a specific list of customers. Is there an easier way of doing this other than putting in their information one by one?

If you have a specific list of users/leads, you can import this CSV file of users/leads into Intercom and tag them with a specific tag. This tag can then be later used to filter them into the audience of the message/email.
