We want to send our welcome campaign from the account manager assigned.

 

So far, I've duplicated the campaign and adjusted the sender, but it's tough to scale and manage with our growing number of account managers.

 

Is there a better way? Maybe now that we migrate to Series? 🙏

Hello @sara n​ , Yes, there is a better option but it's only available for certain plans of Intercom.

Is there any workaround besides duplicating campaigns?

 

And can we have all duplicated flows in one series, using different entry rules for each account manager?

That would simplify our analysis, at least. Just don't want to make the rules too complex and confuse the system.

You are right, the best workaround will be to create a separate rule for each manager.

 

You can use one series for that:
