How can I use Intercom for Account Management / CRM?

Hi,

 

I want to use Intercom for Account Management and create sequences. I have found Series + email might be an option here, but then sending emails with unsubscribe links look like I am sending a marketing email, which doesn’t work for my case.

 

Does anybody have any suggestions on using Intercom for Account Management and being able to create sequences without unsubscribe links, so that they are sent automatically and are seen as personal emails?

That’s a curious case. 
I am assuming that you want to simply send automated notifications to your customers.

You can do this with series, but instead of sending email, you can just send them chat messages and send them notifications to their email. In that way, they won’t receive the unsubscribe link but will get the information you want them to receive.
