How can my teammates be notified of certain customer actions?

I'd like to be able to be notified or notify a team member when certain actions occur. In the same way that you can email a customer at specific points, I want to be able to notify an account manager when one of their customers hasnt used the platform?

That's actually possible with Series + Zapier Integration.


1. Creating Series:

SeriesTag2. Creating Zap Intercom - Tag Added to User <> eMail

intercom emailBTW - In such cases companies are using customer success software's, Check Sherlock - They have pretty good integration with Intercom.
